The Arabidopsis Lipid Gene Database

  Comments and Contributions

The updating of the database depends mainly on outside contributions. If you have recently characterized a new Arabidopsis protein involved in acyl lipid metabolism and demonstrated its molecular function, you are encouraged to submit a summary that will help us to quickly update the database. This summary should ideally include:

  the Arabidopsis locus (Atxgxxxxx)
the molecular function- and subcellular localization when available (e.g. phospholipase A2, cytosolic)
  the TIGR Tentative Consensus number
the reference of your publication (Pubmed #) demonstrating the molecular function and/or the subcellular localization of the protein
the Genbank accession number if you have isolated a cDNA
